Remote Safe Session
For many questions, we can work together by phone or secure screen-sharing. This is a convenient option for quick help or when you just need a second set of eyes.
$45 per hour
Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments. Most sessions take 15–30 minutes.
You are never billed without your approval.

- Checking whether emails or pop-ups look suspicious
- Simple settings changes and software updates
- Help joining online classes, meetings, or video calls
- Email issues, password resets, and account questions
- Phone or tablet questions (iPhone, iPad, Android)

- We talk by phone to understand the issue
- You click a simple link to start secure screen-sharing
- You approve the connection — nothing happens without permission
- When the session ends, access ends automatically
