Remote Safe Session

For many questions, we can work together by phone or secure screen-sharing. This is a convenient option for quick help or when you just need a second set of eyes.

$45 per hour

Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments. Most sessions take 15–30 minutes.

You are never billed without your approval.

Common remote help includes

  • Checking whether emails or pop-ups look suspicious
  • Simple settings changes and software updates
  • Help joining online classes, meetings, or video calls
  • Email issues, password resets, and account questions
  • Phone or tablet questions (iPhone, iPad, Android)

How remote help works

  1. We talk by phone to understand the issue
  2. You click a simple link to start secure screen-sharing
  3. You approve the connection — nothing happens without permission
  4. When the session ends, access ends automatically

Safe and secure

You stay in control at all times. Remote sessions are one-time only, require your approval, and can be ended whenever you choose.
